The bottom of the machine is equipped with cleaning valve,so it is convenient for you to clean the machine.

Introduction of Electric Calf Feeding Machine:

1.Preparation:milk(between 3-6 degrees) ; acidification solution;container(acidification tank).

2.The milk, acidification solution by 1:30 ratio into the container (1 liter of milk by adding 30 ml of acidification solution)

3.Rapid mixing, the speed transferred to the maximum by over 5 minutes till there have no milk block .That’s OK (speed transferred to 15rpm / min, Note: without milk blocks)

4.Stirring it a time every 30 minutes.5min/time.cycle by 8 hours.

5.The acidified milk was fermented after 8 hours.

6.The temperature of the acidified milk should be controlled between 10 and 15 degrees, and the acidizing tank can automatically control the temperature.

7.The electric heating must be turned before feeding calf on Winter , the milk temperature heated to 10 to 15 degrees .It is unnecessary that heat the milk on summer.
